Esi E. Ansah CEO, Axis Human Capital Limited.
Dr. Esi Ansah is a founding partner and the CEO of Axis Human Capital Ltd. She serves as the key Corporate Trainer for Axis Clients, and uses Axis as a platform to provide mentoring, career and life coaching to students and working professionals. Esi is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner who uses the Insights Discovery (personality profile) system in performance, and leadership coaching.
Esi is also an Adjunct Professor at Ashesi University College where she teaches Leadership. Beyond her love for teaching and facilitating students’ self-discovery journeys, Esi is also engaged in various initiatives at Ashesi.
Esi is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Africa Leadership Initiative – West Africa (ALIWA), and is also a Vital Voices 2015/2016 Fellow. She is the Founder of the Association of Ghana’s Elders (AGE) and is very involved in civil society. She chairs the Advisory Board for the Association for Research on Civil Society in Africa (AROCSA), and also serves on the Advisory Boards of a number of organizations.
Esi’s academic and professional/career interests include Service Delivery Systems, Service Quality, Human Capital Development, Social Entrepreneurship and Public Sector Reform. She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, International Affairs and French from the Florida State University, graduating with three Bachelor’s degrees in three years cum laude (with honors). She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University in Chicago. She holds a PhD in Public Administration from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Mrs. Kafui Ama O. Noye is currently the Head of Organizational Development and Client Relations Manager at Axis Human Capital Ltd., managing the core business of Axis, namely Organizational Development and Recruitment services. Since 2011, Kafui has managed Axis in various capacities and has built very solid business relationships with its clients. Her experience in the last ten years spans several areas including recruitment and selection, providing advice on compensation negotiations, talent management and retention strategies in both the United Kingdom and Ghana.
Kafui also serves as a facilitator for projects including teambuilding sessions for clients and advises clients on how to recruit and retain employees effectively. She uses Axis as a platform to provide valuable career advice to job candidates, mentoring many young professionals and ensuring success in their chosen careers.
As an astute professional, she understands her clients’ needs and her remarkable negotiation skills have not only created value for Axis, but have also helped all its stakeholders to get the best options in business relations. She has experience in providing technical solutions to clients – conducting job analyses and designing Job Descriptions and HR manuals and policies, performance management tools and also conducting salary surveys.
Kafui is a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the Central University College in Ghana and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in London (UK). She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (UK), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Organizational Development & Client Relations Manager
Angelina is responsible for assisting the CEO directly in managing and completing tasks and ensuring that all her stakeholders’ needs are consistently and promptly met. She provides support in multiple areas of the business, proactive and has an initiative-taking attitude. This coupled with her versatility makes her quite the handyman at Axis.
Angelina holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University, a background in Content and Strategic Brand Management as well as Copywriting.
She loves to cook, sew, read, teach and paint. Call her a Play-Doh® (her versatility allows her take on just about any responsibility assigned)
Executive Assistant / Project Manager
Sam is a Recruiter, who assists Axis Human Capital Limited to deliver a beautiful match-making process of right employee-to-the-right employer.
He also assists clients in reviewing their CVs and performs other training assistant roles.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in Science from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Anna, is the the Content Manager of Axis Human Capital Limited responsible for the company's social media platforms, research as well as developing content for the website of the company.
Research and public relations are of so much interest to Anna, hence she is poised at delivering solutions and adding value to any project she is involved in.
Anna hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics and Statistics from the Methodist University College Ghana and currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Relations at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Felix ensures that the high and unique Axis standards are always maintained, monitors stocks of office supplies, tracks usage, identifies shortages and handles the procurement and replacement of these supplies.
With finance and record keeping, he keeps accurate records of business transactions, handles petty cash and assists in the filing of documents, receipts, etc.
Felix holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and a Post-Graduate in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Maureen is our Administrative Assistant who manages our reception area as well.
In her role, she schedules meetings, manages Axis calendar, makes recruitment recommendations, shortlists candidates, helps identify pipeline candidates in our internal system as well as assist team members with relevant research for projects as needed.
Maureen holds an HND in Bilingual Secretaryship from the Ghana Institute of Languages and a Diploma in French from CEBELAE (Centre Beninois des langues Etrangeres (Benin Centre of foreign languages))
