Sales/ Business Development Managers & Officers
Axis Human Capital is currently building a pipeline of Sales/Business Development Managers and Officers to recommend to clients for their future recruitment needs.
- Promote and sell the company’s product or services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Identify business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance through researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Maintain professionalism and technical knowledge by benchmarking current practices of the industry.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Must have relevant experience in Sales /Business Development
- Must have years of demonstrable achievement in sales and marketing
- Dynamic, engaging and enthusiastic with high energy to successfully network and drive a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Competitive drive with desire and abilities to achieve goals
- Genuine interest in meeting new people and developing strategic relationships
