Axis Human Capital is currently building a pipeline of Sales/Business Development Managers and Officers to recommend to clients for their future recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product or services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance through researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Maintain professionalism and technical knowledge by benchmarking current practices of the industry.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Key Competencies

  • Must have relevant experience in Sales /Business Development
  • Must have years of demonstrable achievement in sales and marketing
  • Dynamic, engaging and enthusiastic with high energy to successfully network and drive a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
