Changing the way people work & how talent is developed

Axis Human Capital Limited aims to ultimately change the way people work, and how talent is developed and managed in Africa. We have built a reputation for recruiting high-calibre candidates for employers, and working with them to develop their organizational capacity through advisory services and corporate training.

Axis SME Consortium

The SME Health Insurance Consortium is a collaborative initiative designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana access affordable and comprehensive health insurance for their employees. Many SMEs struggle to meet the minimum employee requirement needed to secure a group policy from health insurance providers, leaving their staff without adequate medical coverage. This consortium brings together multiple SMEs, pooling their workforce to collectively meet these requirements and negotiate better terms with insurance providers. By joining forces, members benefit from lower premiums, improved coverage, and a more sustainable healthcare solution for their teams. Since its inception in 2018, the consortium has successfully partnered with reputable insurance providers, refining its model to ensure that participating SMEs receive the best possible healthcare options for their employees. The initiative is driven by the belief that every business, regardless of size, should have access to quality healthcare solutions, ultimately fostering a healthier and more productive workforce across Ghana.

THE GHANA GROWS PROGRAMME

Ghana Grows is a transformative initiative by the Mastercard Foundation, led by the Springboard Road Show Foundation  in collaboration with Lyme Haus, Axis Human Capital Limited, and Meraki Arts Africa.

The Programme forms part of the vital component of the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works initiative, which aims to bridge the gap between young talent and employment opportunities. Our primary tar -get audience is the youth of Ghana, aged between 15 and 35, with a special focus on empowering women  and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in both formal and informal sectors.
