This is our watchword. We work with our clients at individual and corporate levels to self-discover, self-improve and self-actualize.

Our process is quite simple. We sit with our clients to discuss their challenges, identify whether Training is the right solution, and then taking their context into consideration, we craft training solutions that turn things around positively.

Axis believes in interactive and experiential learning, and the following elements are fundamental in all our training sessions.

Interactive learning: The Axis workshop replaces ‘lectures’ where participants passively listen to “experts”. Our delivery is characterized by a variety of strategies including role plays, group discussions, games and multimedia tools to actively involve participants and help them to internalize the knowledge gained. We use multiple tools including video clips, games, etc. to keep our participants interested and engaged throughout sessions.

Reflection and personal application: Axis provides time for participants to make journal entries and also assess themselves – personality, performance levels, SWOT Analyses etc., and then through their Personal Action Plans, map out a concrete strategy to plan and track their own professional growth, after the training. This way, the training is not merely cerebral, but they are able to relate it to their actual work, and it is easier to identify the impact of the intervention.
